Author Biography

Mariam Farida is a sessional teacher at Macquarie University and University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). Farida conducted an extensive research on insurgent groups such as Hezbollah in Lebanon and studied the development of non-state armed groups from violence to political transformation.
