Resilience is the ability to spring back into shape. But what if that shape evolves, changes colour, shifts it's form. Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese art taking a broken bowl and sticking the pieces back together with gold glue on the outside and then painted and varnished. The bowl stronger and more beautiful because of its cracks.
