by Telford Barrett (Author)

The first six chapters give the Revelation of the exalted Saviour as King of Kings who is able to carry out the judgments during the Tribulation Period. Chapter seven starts with the judgments contained in the Seven Sealed Book. The end result of these Judgments is to destroy the power and institutions of the Devil. After the judgments are completed, the millennium will start and finally the establishment of the New Heaven and the New Earth which will last forever. Born near Cleveland Georgia shortly after World War I, Dr. Barrett grew up on a farm during the Depression Era. When W.W. II broke out, he enlisted with the U.S. Air Force and served in the South Pacific Theater; It was during the war he felt the Lord beckon him to His service. Once stateside he married his sister's best friend, fathered a son, moved to Chattanooga, TN and entered Tennessee Temple University and Seminary. He graduated in 1960. Following graduation he was engaged with T.T.U. for 31 years teaching Bible and History. During these years he began a series of prophet conferences and week-long revivals focusing on the Book of Revelation. While engaged in these events his name recognition grew and attendees began requesting he write a book explaining Revelation; that the lay person could read and understand. While the idea intrigued him, his time to devote to it was limited because of his other duties. After his retirement, his wife, Bernice encouraged him to write that book to fulfill those requests. This is the book you now hold. During his retirement he has continued teaching, Bible, in extension education classes for adults in his North Georgia community, and will continue so long as the Lord is willing for him to do so.
