Ricky and Bobo is Book #2 in the Rescue Ranch Children's Book Series. The Series is one long continuous rhyming adventure broken into separate books. In Book #2 Ricky the Rabbit and Bobo the Mouse sneak out of their homes to go looking for food. They end up separated in the woods but eventually find their way back to one another down by a lake. They decided that the quickest way home was to cross the water so they made a boat from a piece of tree bark. When the weather gets rough Ricky and Bobo barely escape with their lives.
