by John Evans (Author)
Fire is mysterious. It is unpredictable and uncontrollable. It can warm us or it can burn us. In life, we have many experiences in which fire serves as a powerful metaphor: heartache, anger, love, pain, desire, spirituality. In Rising From Perdition, John Evans dives into these topics and more as he writes from his experiences with the fires of life. With passion and conviction, Evans pours his heart out and points us towards the one certain thing among all the chaos: no matter how intense the flames burn, Jesus is there with us.
