The author of this book, Ms. Neena Kay, suffered ill health for too many years. After, trying various diets, she finally found the answers and regained her health. This book is a culmination of the health lessons she learned. She feel that by sharing her story, it will help others in someway. Once she figured out what is required to achieve good health, she lost more than 40 pounds and got rid of her pre diabetic condition and fatty liver disease. Now, she rarely struggles with asthma. Neena Kay is not a medical doctor. She holds a bachelors degree in biochemistry and an advanced degree in business and finance.
