This is the story of four siblings who discover a sea turtle that was washed up on the beach. The turtle has fishing line wrapped around it and could barely move. The children call the Marine Science Center (MSC) because it has a turtle hospital. The sea turtle is taken to the MSC where it receives care, treatment and a name -Selena. The children visit Selena during her recovery and learn about plastic pollution and the dangers it creates for marine life. The book ends with tips on how to prevent plastic pollution.
