Author Biography
Naomi Harvey BA Hons, HPD, MNCH ( Reg) is a Solution-focused Psychotherapist and Television Producer. Working in television has helped her realise how humorous stories and colourful characters work together to capture the minds of adults and children. She decided to pursue a career in Psychotherapy after many years of battling her own head gremlins and feeling a need to help others keep their own in check. The inspiration for Limbic was her own dog Harley who suffers with anxiety. She realised the way to help him with his fear is exactly the same process she used in her therpay room, so training your inner guard dog ( or limbic system) was a great way to get kids to learn to understand and manage their emotions and feelings.
