Author Biography

Laura Katleman-Prue, author of the bestselling book, Skinny Thinking, graduated from the Theravision Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in Boston in 1989. She teaches mediation and self-inquiry and has successfully counseled people about their eating issues, both individually and in Skinny Thinking Workshops. Skinny Thinking grew out of her desire to share the techniques that permanently healed her eating, weight, and body image issues. Her work has been featured all nationally at such places as Kripalu Yoga Center in MA, One Circle in Washington, DC, and "All That Matters" Holistic Health Center in RI.
