Time frame is 1968 and 1969. Deuce is an FBI agent assigned to the NYC FBI office and goes undercover as a lawyer to bring in from the cold the wife of a KGB spy who seeks asylum. In the course of doing this Deuce kills with his own hands a Russian assassin who tries to kill her and gains information that the husband KGB spy is operating a mole that is a US Congressman, who is selling government secrets is exchange for money- and lots of it. True espionage with twists and turns and an ending that is out of sight.
