by Gregory Scaff (Author)
In Gregory's works, he expresses the validity of Being, by incorporating the stuff of the body- sperm, hair, and blood, directly onto the canvas. The passionate, seemingly random, Dadaesque process of splattering the paint and fluids, in a method similar to Jackson Pollock, is as important as the finished piece. A sex positive advocate in his art & poetry, Gregory delights in the incandescent holiness of flesh. Through his works, Gregory explores themes of politics, sexuality, liberation, and Alternative lifestyles.
