Sumo Beetle - Hardcover

by Beau D'Amico (Author)

Ben the rhino beetle, who came from the Honshu region of Japan, is known as a magnificent warrior and the defender of the forest. Possessing the strength of a warrior insect and the hard shell of an armored tank, he is a celebrated champion of beetle battle royale. However, his status as a hero is challenged when a vengeful stag beetle named Sam enlists a mighty horned dung beetle named Barry to humiliate Ben in the sacred sumo ring. After suffering a humiliating defeat and being mocked by those who once cheered for him, Ben must keep his dignity and find a way to reclaim his lost honor.

Determined to move forward, Ben relies on the support of noble insects and warrior beetles of the past to prepare for an intense rematch. This book serves as both a heartfelt narrative and an interactive activity book, featuring a "Color the Magic" section with detailed illustrations that allow readers to bring the characters and their journey to life. Through Ben's journey, author Beau D'Amico portrays a story of heart and resilience, proving that a true hero has a burning passion to surpass the limits of his own capabilities.
