Leslie Billig has created, edited, and fact-checked puzzles for the New York Times, the New York Sun, the Wall Street Journal, New York Newsday, Games magazine, Sterling Publishing, Random House/Times Books, People, Modern Maturity, Readers Digest, Book of the Month Club, and the American Crossword Federation. Billig has been editor of The Uptown Puzzle Club and Dell Crosswords since 2001, and wrote and researched questions for the television game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Billig competes in crossword tournaments and regularly finishes in the top five percent. Billigs Sit & Solve Cryptograms was published by Sterling.
