Barbara Gavlick recieved a BA in Fine Art & began her career designing embroidery, lace and emblems for textile manufacturers. Her work has been featured in several major retail stores.

Barbara is a designer of coloring books, costumes, scroll art and quilts.

"Symmetry Coloring Pages for Fun or Framing" is her second collection of original illustrations, . The drawings are all symmetrical patterns and are ready for the colorist to choose the combinations to fit their mood or decor. Her first coloring book is called "Hearts & Flowers" and she also wrote a children's book "The Poor Little Pumpkin" by Barbara Gavlick Hartnett.
