one of the key parts of self-care journey has been the taking off of unnecessary baggage i had collected along the way. in this book, i break down the healing process. i went through to successfully overcome that area of me-ish-ness. i made a choice to take off the things that no longer served me and i hope that something written in this book encourages you to do the same.
