by Sal J. Jesuele Jd (Author)

This story is based on historical facts. Only some of the characters have been invented. For over 50 years, the U.S. government thwarted the efforts of American WWII POWs to seek justice from Japan for mistreatment while interned. Now after decades of frustration, a dwindling number of aging POWs organize to sue their own government.

Author Biography

Sal Jesuele is a native of New Jersey, a graduate of Lafayette College and William and Mary Law School and practiced law since 1970. After 15 years of private trial practice he became a consultant and legal advisor to various international companies and governmental agencies. In that capacity he traveled extensively through Europe, Africa and the Americas while maintaining offices in Belgrade, Serbia, Moscow, Russia and Florida. He is retired now; he and his wife of 48 years make their home in Florida and Georgia. His uncle, a WWII Japanese POW, was the inspiration for Tears of Injustice.
