by Marshall Evans (Author)
This collection of outrageous tales follows a worldwide cast of characters who get themselves into unlikely- and unforgettable- troubles. You'll never imagine the traps these people spring for themselves- and the ways they escape them.
Based on Boccacio's Decameron- set in the 1970's and 80's- these stories explore a world before the Internet, before cell phones, before GPS- an epoch when people made real money without working at hedge funds.
These stories themselves are timeless. If you pay attention and let yourself imagine, you may realize you've heard them before- in places you never would suspect.
