Ruth Younger, founder of Balloon Decor Inc., lives in El Segundo, California with her husband, Jim. She started her successful business with one small helium tank and enough ideas to fill a hot air balloon! In addition she is a full time teacher for adult education and conducts classes in Senior Theater and Writing Memoirs.
