Society is known for speaking about the deadbeat dad phenomenon and the single mother problem as if they are two separate issues. However, when you think about it, there is only one issue, and that is the man's poor (black man's) decision making. Believe it or not, there is no such thing as a single mother issue. In fact, it is a cultural issue based on the black man's poor decision making and not having the ability to exercise prudence. It is important for black men to have authority over their sons. If the black man does not have authority over his son, the kid will live a chaotic and confused life. When you bring a child into this world that you did not prepare for, your family is going to suffer.
