On the night of the 14th of April 2014, two hundred and seventy-six (276) girls were abducted from their school dormitory in Chibok, North Eastern Nigeria. This story, based on actual testimonies of girls who survived the abduction and members of their communities, tracks the events leading to that unprecedented level of lawlessness in the region and the aftermath of the incident. This book served as the script for the stage production of the same name, produced in Lagos and at the Ubumuntu Festival in Rwanda.
