The women of my family compiled several recipes through the years that I've grown to cherish. I wanted to create this cookbook to preserve these recipes and honor the traditions carried down by my mom, aunts, grandmother, great grandmother, etc... because as the world moves forward so fast, it's important to grab ahold of your roots.
