Hell, as explained in the book, is on earth where souls go in human form to school to learn their lessons. Heaven, with its many dimensions, is also here on earth but it's the place where one goes to rest and to prepare for the next life on earth in order to experience life after life, through many ages, until the soul reaches the spiritual and scientific knowledge of their creators.
