Mr. Humberd lays out the various dispensations which God has determined for humanity, which also demonstrate His plan for mankind until the end of this creation. Mr. Humberd (1893-1965) was a well-known lecturer and Bible scholar who lectured, among other places, at William Jennings Bryan University.
