The Flowers I Give Myself is a collection of self-love poems. This poetry book was created as a reminder of how important it is to love and accept ourselves. We all have flaws/things we don't like about ourselves but it's imperative that we embrace them because it is part of what makes us so unique. My goal has always been to uplift women and form a community and with Self Care Sister Circle - I have done just that. My podcast would not have been possible if I didn't first believe in myself, love myself, accept myself. I hope you enjoy this book. It was fun to write and illustrate. This journey has brought me so much joy.
