The Claybank Church and Cemetery are historical to Dale County, Alabama. The original church was built in 1829, and dates on graves in the cemetery range from 1832 to the present. The author became intrigued with this place, when she leased the office space directly in front of the cemetery, and unexplained things began happening in her office. She relates these tales in her book, along with her some of her own strange and unique "ghostly" experiences. The author believes these unexplained incidents are related to the neighboring church and cemetery.

Author Biography

Carol Gilmer is an RN with 37 years of experience in critical care nursing, nursing management, cardiovascular product line management/consulting, and medical practice management/marketing. For the past 17 years, she has owned & operated a clinical research site, conducting clinical research trials with other sites in the US and across the world for the pharmaceutical industry. She has published professional articles and other marketing tools over the years, but this is her first writing outside the realm of medicine. She hopes you will enjoy her unique twists on the "ghostly happenings" at her office in Ozark, Alabama.
