He has also done postdoctoral work at Oxford (England), Marburg and Tuebingen (Germany). He is an ordained Presbyterian minister and has pastored several churches. He also taught for many years as a visiting professor at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and has taught at several seminaries. Jeffrey is also the author of The Promise of Dawn and Contemporary Christian Options of the World's End.
