The storyline

When a miner named Hank's cabin goes missing, he asks for help from Andy Spencer. There is more than meets the eye to Hank's request. Join Andy and Norsely as they try to find Hank's missing cabin, and learn about the forces of nature that shape our planet. This is the first book in the 5th grade science reader series, teaching the principles of geological reformation and the forces that shape the earth. This book discusses Earthquakes, Volcanos and the processes of deposition, erosion, and weathering. Each chapter contains a small review exam to test the students comprehension as well as a comprehensive exam at the end of the book.

Author Biography

Robert Jacob has a B.S. degree in Business Management, and over fifteen years experience in writing technical journals and manuals. After seeing the available literature used in teaching Science in the public schools, he decided to write this entertaining series, with more on the way.
