Author Biography

Abrah Arneson Cht. RH, is passionate about mind/body healing. Owner of The Green Clinic: Herbal and Traditional Healing, Abrah uses herbal medicine in combination with meditation to help her clients achieve mind/body balance. Previous to graduating as Clinical Herbal Therapist, Abrah lived in meditation retreat centers, travelled the world exploring a variety of healing modalities and spent six years working in a hospice setting. Abrah facilitates an active apprenticeship program, teaches herbal medicine at a local college and writes a biweekly column for two Canadian newspapers.
