Author Biography

Writer and historian Dale Cox is the author of seven books on Florida and Southern history. A native of the quaint Northwest Florida community of Two Egg, he has received critical acclaim for his careful historical reconstructions and unique writing style. The father of two sons, William and Alan, he is descended from one of Northwest Florida's oldest families as well as from the 19th century Yuchi chief William Brown.
