I started this cookbook while writing The Housekeeper. I hope that by sharing these recipes with you, more people can enjoy the pastries that I've made. None of the recipes are hard to make, and they are all very tasty and fun to make. Handing down a recipe is sharing a little part of you that will live on. A recipe is the groundwork for an idea, and you can change it to make it your own. I have listed the recipes as they were mentioned in my book The Housekeeper.
