Author Biography

Netta Jenkins is a diversity, equity and inclusion expert, sought-after keynote speaker, and consultant named by Forbes as one of the top 7 anti-racism consultants in the world. Netta has won multiple awards and has received recognition for her corporate diversity efforts. She is also the co-founder of Dipper, a platform designed to build a community of professionals of color and has designed and helped companies implement DEI-driven recruiting, promotion paths, performance plans, and management paradigms. She was previously named a 2018 Top Company Worldwide for Millennial Women by Mogul and she was honored as a 2017 Profiles in Diversity Journal Excellence Award Winner. Currently, Netta is VP, Global Inclusion for the leading tech company, Unqork, and advisory board member for Betterment, an online investment company looking to expand opportunities for untapped investors. She is currently a doctoral student focused on Quality Systems & Improvement Management.
