by Bronwen Logan (Author), Frans Steine (Author)

'The first Reiki book of its kind to look at the fundamentals of the system of Reiki from a Japanese perspective. Perfect for those wanting to learn about Reiki from a traditional approach and for those who would like to find more depth in their current Reiki practise. Your mind, body and spirit will enjoy this special journey together.' Li Yong, Qi Gong Master and celebrated Chinese author

Reiki techniques originated from an intensely spiritual period of Japanese history. This fully-illustrated book traces the system's evolution from a spiritual self-development system to a direct hands-on practice. The journey moves from Japan to the USA and beyond, and back to Japan. Focussing on the basic Reiki elements in their historical context, this guide contains beautifully grounded information that captures a unique sense of the system's traditional Japanese roots. The clarity and accessibility of the teachings in the book redefine and strengthen the concept of Reiki as it is practised today.
