False martyrdom is looked at, and genuine martyrdom is defined - it has nothing to do with psyching yourself up with glazed eyes, or personal determination! True martyrdom is something only God can allow. Christians must be alert, for Christians are martyred every day in Islamic countries, and Indian Hinduism is following the same pattern.
