Marsh knows firsthand that good friends are hard to find. He is a very sweet and outgoing marshmallow that is looking for companionship. It meant a lot to Marsh, a lonely marshmallow to find someone to be able to have fun and enjoy being around. In the Cupboard, he was saddened when everyone already had friends or just wanted to be left alone.

Marsh was determined to step out of his comfort zone and try something new. As he gained the courage to step outside of the Cupboard, he was happy to be greeted by the sweetest aroma he had ever smelled. Marsh meets a friend named Cocoa who introduces him to some very beautiful scenery and quickly learns that some friends are worth melting for.
