This book is about a theory of analysis based on the meaning of life. I have chosen to call this theory, The Reciprocal Theory of Analysis. By theory, I mean that it is my view of human thought and behavior as it applies to psychology and counseling. It is about certain concepts that can be used to help understand relationships and their impact on mental, emotional and spiritual health.
