With more than 20 years of combat-tested leadership experience, Andrew Steadman knows what it takes to build teams and grow leaders. Drawing from his highly successful career as an Army Infantry officer, he wrote The Military Leader to be a foundational leader development resource for leaders of all professions. His blog by the same name has a community of hundreds of thousands of leaders worldwide. Andrew is also the co-founder of The Military Writers Guild, a group dedicated to fostering defense-related writing. Andrew is married with two children and continues to serve as an Army officer.
