Author Biography
Mario Mart?, a pattern artist and teacher, learned drawing and composition from studying architecture and graphic design (in which he has a master's degree). Subsequent to his studies, he discovered his true calling: pattern art, which helps him to alleviate his anxiety. He is the author of The Mindfulness Patterns Coloring Book and The Mindfulness Doodles Coloring Book and lives in Madrid, Spain.
