Author Biography

Farah Mohamed is a short story author, novelist, and poet, both English and his native (Somali) languages. For more than ten years, Farah worked with refugees and immigrant communities in the United States; particularly Somalis and other minorities in the Washington metropolitan area. Even though he had shown keen interest in reading and writing, since his childhood, has been deeply inspired by the refugee stories and the continue social strive of his native homeland.
