The One Homicide Act - Paperback

by Elizabeth Green (Author)

David Hume, Florida State Senator, introduces a new, innovative plan to curb crime: the One Homicide Act. The law allows each citizen to commit one murder in their lifetime, provided their application is approved. This is the story of this experiment in unconventional governing, told through the viewpoints of both the politicians and the people, and revealing the kind society where a law like this can emerge... and perhaps even thrive.

Elizabeth Green is a professional living in the Washington, DC metro area, where she lives with her two cats. The One Homicide Act is her first novel.
