Book 2 in the Click-Click series continues the story of how people from two completely different planets begin building a solid foundation for widespread cooperation between their worlds. When critical environmental problems face both planets, a small group of people come together at the isolated Earth/NT-3620b Shared Research Programme facility where they must learn how to work together as well as how to live together in a small experimental village. Interpersonal dramas provide valuable insight into each others' culture as well as voyeuristic entertainment. Both groups of people soon discover how difficult it can be for new relationships to form and how easy it is for old relationships to fall apart as they face a future that is anything but certain.

Author BarbG currently lives in Chicago with two long-haired night owls and a pack of unruly welfare wolves. In addition to writing, BarbG plays saxophone professionally and has completely useless degrees in anthropology, cultural geography, and mortuary science.
