Orly Shapira-Lishchinsky is Professor and Head of the Department of Educational Administration, Leadership and Policy, Head, Institute for Integration, Faculty of Education, at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Her research areas include organizational ethics, ethical dilemmas in organizations, comparative studies, withdrawal behaviors and mentoring through Team-based-Simulation.
