Holiness is the very character of God and it is one of the most important areas of our lives where we need to conform to His image. It is a process that will take our whole lives to accomplish. The key to walking forward in this process is to understand the principles regarding this topic from the Word of God and to discover how our culture has shifted through time to become what it represents today. When we realize the blessing and protection released by obedience to holiness, the ability to conform to His character becomes a beautiful process.
Author Biography
Carla was raised as a missionary kid working alongside her parents, Carl & JoAnn Varnell. She and her husband, Rev. J. Kurtis Burton, became the pastor of The Turning Point Church in Madison (Nashville), TN in 1996. She ministers as a speaker, music and worship leader, teacher and works with the UPCI missionary kids through MK Ministries. Her greatest passion is to see people grow by learning and obeying the principles of the Bible.
