Jennifer Pilotti, MS, has been teaching movement to people of all ages and abilities for over seventeen years. She has a special interest in the effect of movement on mental health, especially for anxiety, chronic pain and trauma. She teaches workshops, online courses, and regularly writes about the concepts that comprise the foundations of awareness, mobility and strength.
