Guy Clapperton is a senior journalist and commentator on business and technology. He writes on smarter working for the Guardian and elsewhere and is the author of two social media books; he is also an international speaker and Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association, UK and Ireland. Philip Vanhoutte is VP and managing director of Plantronics Europe, Middle East and Africa and has personally spearheaded his company's move into complete smarter working - and seen the solid business benefits that accrue.
