Author Biography
Henry J. Montgomery, Jr. ("Hank") is, by training and temperament, a real estate appraiser. A good appraiser has patience for layers-deep physical and market research, enough brains to discern the patterns in, and meaning(s) underlying the data, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Hank is also very concerned about the future of the United States of America. Hank and Linda (the love of his life) own At Your Service, LLC; a small business to serve Realtors and other small businesses. He also says that he doesn't spend enough time in his Folbot, a neat folding kayak. He enjoys choral singing, is a licensed ham (amateur radio operator) and is an amateur producer of video for churches and for YouTube (www.OldHonkeyRapper.com).
