For a better understanding, it highlights the features of Moses' Tabernacle with hand drawings on every page including 14 full page realistic illustrations, and 17 pages with fascinating facts, thoughts, and short prayers in clear terms, based on scripture from the whole Bible. It is meant to be used by Christians interested in understanding their Hebrew roots, since scripture states that we are grafted into the Jewish family. Jewish believers, Messianic Jews, will appreciate the detail and references to Yeshua HaMashiach. It could be used by those able to use colored pencils for coloring and those able to read. There are illustration details that are not specified in Biblical text that are left to the artist's interpretation.
Author Biography
Author and illustrator, Shelley R. Coldren, studied fine art at SIU, IU, NIU and Rutgers and is also a Christian, messianic, singer, songwriter, flutist, and praise and worship leader. As of Aug. 2018, she is in her 15th year in a row reading the whole One Year Bible. Shelley currently ministers to the elderly and lives in Santa Barbara, CA, with her husband and wire haired fox terrier.
