"The Ten Commandments for Children" is written so little ones will understand the laws that were given to us by God. Laws that will help us to be the kind of person God wants us to be, showing love and kindness to everyone. The examples and the commandments are in English and also in Spanish.

Author Biography

Blanche W. Toole, the author of "The Ten Commandments for Children" has also written "Filling our Hearts with Prayer," a resource guide for individuals that work with young people. She is also the author of, "This is how I Pray" another Children's book. Blanche volunteered as Coordinator of Religious Education and later Parish Coordinator at Saint Monica's Parish in Atlantic City, NJ before it's closing. Prior to moving to Atlantic City, Blanche worked with the Youth of Saint Francis of Assisi Parish in Philadelphia's Germantown section for many years. She believes it is crucial to make Jesus a part of all we do and it is important that we show our youth how important they are by giving them our positive affirmation of love, support, and constant encouragement. Blanche received her BSW from La Salle University, in Philadelphia and her Master's degree from University of Phoenix and has taken religious courses at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia. She also completed the on-line Catechesis program from the University of Dayton.
