by David Friedman (Author)
A practical New Thought guide that moves beyond positive thinking, helping spiritually curious self-help readers identify and replace deeply held limiting beliefs to cultivate lasting inner peace, emotional freedom, and a more intentional life.
With the proliferation of books like
The Secret, we now know that what we think is reflected in the world around us. So why do we have such a hard time holding on to the thoughts we want? Why do we embrace a positive thought, only to find ourselves moments or days later slipping back into the same old patterns--and seeing the same old results?
In this groundbreaking book, David Friedman reveals the missing piece: the key to identifying the underlying thoughts that truly shape our lives, exchanging them for healthier ones, and sustaining those new patterns long enough to create the results we've always wanted but never knew how to achieve.
