Author Biography

Eric Viardot is a Professor of Strategy at SKEMA Business School and an expert in corporate strategy, innovation, and organizational resilience. Holding a Ph.D. in Management and degrees from HEC Paris and Sciences Po, he has authored numerous books and academic articles on strategic management and sustainability. His work includes case studies on global firms, from large conglomerates to small organizations. Eric helps organizations build long-term competitiveness by turning resilience into a strategic advantage.
