Author Biography

Eileen Grimes didn't want to bring just another book to the market.

Eileen intimately felt the frustration of being unseen as the middle child within a family of six children. She tuned her introspective skill sets to build her identity, survive, and thrive.

The Us Journal came to life after Eileen had her own two children. She wanted to create a tool to foster healing connections with her kids. If continuous self reflection taught her anything, Eileen doesn't claim to have the answers. What she brings to the table are the questions. In sharing this labor of love, she hopes to build a world with kids and adults who feel seen, loved, and whole.
